2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Team Exercises for educational and training purposes. This license shall not include:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for commercial purposes
• Attempting to reverse engineer the software
• Removing any copyright or proprietary notations

3. Subscription Terms

Team Exercises offers both free and paid subscription tiers:

• • Free Tier: Access to 1 pre-developed scenario with basic features
• • 2-Day Access: One-time payment of $20 for 48 hours of full Pro features
• • Pro Subscription: Monthly billing at $200/month for unlimited access to AI-powered scenario creation features

2-Day Access automatically expires after 48 hours from purchase. Pro subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

4. User Data

We collect minimal user data necessary for authentication and service provision. All scenario data and team progress is stored securely and is only accessible to the facilitator who created the session.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on Team Exercises are provided on an 'as is' basis. Team Exercises makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
